Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tennacity, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all players at Plummer Park. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:


Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a non-refundable charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or credit.


Rain Outs

Rainouts or Program Cancellations: In the event of rain or if Tennacity cancels a session, refunds will be issued automatically.

• Please check Playbypoint for the most up-to-date court status. We will update the system when courts are unplayable and when they are ready for play again.

• If your reservation or class is canceled due to rain, you will receive a notification stating: “Your reservation has been canceled due to bad weather.”

• Do not cancel your reservation due to rain. If you cancel on your own, you will not receive a refund. Refunds for rainouts are only processed if Tennacity cancels the session.


Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account. Program packages will be credited as an unassigned session.

Packages purchased are non-refundable.
